Agreements

  • The information and consent form is quite detailed but for your dog to be as safe and as well cared for as possible there’s a lot I need to know!

  • No dog will be walked without the signature of the owner and walker on the filled-out information and consent form, and an in-person meet and greet with the owner, walker and dog.

Payments

  • I will send invoices upon booking which should be paid on or before the Friday of the week issued.

  • Regular clients can request invoices in blocks of 4 weeks to be paid by the final Friday of the month issued. 

  • Payments by bank transfer and cash are accepted. Receipts for cash payments provided.

Holidays

  • I will give 3 weeks minimum notice of any holiday days I take.

  • Any holidays taken by clients are covered by the below cancellation policy.

Client Cancellations

  • Any cancellation made 72 or more hours in advance of the pick up time will be refunded fully.

  • Any cancellation between 72 and 24 hours before will be 50% refunded.

  • Any cancellations within 24 hours of the pick up time will not be refunded.
